Scott Grandstaff, Commercial Printing Manager, has
been with Press Enterprise for five years, first as a sales representative
and later as customer service manager before being promoted to his current
position. An Iowa State University graduate with a BA in journalism, he’s
had a varied and successful career in the publishing and printing fields,
from production management to advertising sales to writing for a daily
newspaper. "Our ability to take customers’ jobs from concept
to finished piece all under one roof is a big differentiator for us,"
he says. "It makes life simpler for our customers, and it helps move
work along fast and efficiently." |

Dan Rosen, Sales Representative, is a relative newcomer
to Press Enterprise and brings 25 years of experience as a sales account
manager and project manager to the position. His technical background,
including account management experience in the demanding semiconductor
industry, gives him a strong orientation to detail and a passion for on-time
delivery of orders. “I’ve always had a client-focused approach
to all phases of pre- and post-sale support, from concept through fulfillment,”
he says. “I’m committed to that approach with my Press Enterprise
customers.” |

Vic Creveling, Customer Service and Tech Support,
goes back 20 years as technical expert with Press Enterprise. A former
vocational/technical school instructor and a graduate of RIT, he's dedicated
to his mission: to keep customers informed about the technical aspects
of their jobs and to offer advice on the different ways to use technology
to cost-effectively produce the best work possible. "I’m trying
to help customers save money and time," he says. "Ultimately,
that benefits both of us." |

Kathy Malkoskie, Customer Service Representative, joined Press
Enterprise nine years ago after earning a BA in studio art from Bloomsburg
University. She became a commercial printing customer service rep two
years ago. "I love the job," Kathy says. “I’m involved
in every phase of the printing process, and I work with terrific people
from everywhere within the company." She feels the same way about
her customers, with whom she’s come to develop a warm and professional
working relationship. |

Tonya Corter, Customer Service Representative, is
a ten-year veteran of the Press Enterprise organization, starting in pre-press
operations and later moving into customer service. "The move has
worked well for me," she says. "I’m a people person, and
working to get things done for so many different customers every day is
a pleasure." A graduate of the Columbia-Montour Vo-Tech School graphic
arts program, she's an expert in Quark and PageMaker, a big plus for our
customers. |

A graduate of Central Pennsylvania Business School she has an excellent background in customer relations. |
